Notification of Physician Review and Need for Potential Further Discussions

A Provider will review your health information and get back to you within 48 business hours. Depending on your home state, you may need to talk to your doctor through a phone call or video chat. If your doctor tries to call you and you miss the call, you’ll receive an email notification with instructions to reschedule the call. If your home state does not require a phone or video call and your treatment request is approved by the doctor, we will automatically ship out your medication if/when authorized by a Provider. You can review your treatment plan any time in your Open Patient Portal.
